[This is from July, but it’s still relevant … especially given the seeming craziness of world events.  — Rob]

Rob: I invite in Universal Mother Mary. I feel she has something to say today. Mary, won’t you join me?

UMM: Hello, Rob. Instead of sitting on the bench, why don’t we take a stroll down to the water’s edge?

Rob: Mother, I’ve been seeing many messages lately about what we should be DOING in order to bring about the changes that we wish to see, that it isn’t so much ACTIVE doing. All the work is internal — the breathing exercises, feeling the love, and projecting that. Do you have anything to say about that?

UMM: Yes, Rob, that is the whole message for everyone right now. Stop being anxious about what may or may not happen. There will be a lot of changes coming. It’s started already. Let go of the desire to understand what will be. Stay in your heart. Breathe in the love. Breathe it out to all that you see. That, in itself, is the action that we’re asking you to take on at the moment.

Let those who are charged with making the change do their job, but you, as lightworkers, your job [is to] feel the love, feel the JOY in the love, [and then] project that to ALL others, all that you see, to all of nature, to Gaia, not just to humanity.

And [regarding] Gabrielle’s recent message, the whole notion of duality is a construct of humanity’s own making. You are co-creators of the universe, and this is the reality you’ve created here.

But humanity has identified with one side or the other for too long. You’ve missed the point. There is no separation. There is no duality. It’s all the same. They’re just experiences — two sides of the same coin, as it were. But it’s one coin, meant to offer you experiences of all sides!

Be thankful for the opportunity and feel the joy in that opportunity. At the level of spirit, the learning opportunity in that is tremendous! And that’s all it is. It’s a grand lesson, and you’ve learned those lessons well. So it’s time to let that go and come back to the unity, the oneness.

And it’s not just being one with each other, with humanity. There’s still separation in that thought. You are one with ALL, all of creation, with spirit and humanity, in physicality and not.

You are all doing very well, making tremendous progress, but now is the time to bear down, as it were, to redouble your efforts, your focus, on the love, on the joy, on the grace. We have full faith in you! As I said, you are doing magnificently.

Rob: I invite Sanat Kumara to join me in my special place, to sit with me to just talk.

Raj, thank you for joining me. I know you’re rather busy. I don’t have anything in particular to talk about, any burning questions. There’s always the notion of what will happen next on Earth for us to transition to become Nova Gaians and how society will function on Nova Earth.

Sanat Kumara (Raj): Good afternoon, Rob. Thank you for asking me to join you.

I know your morning has been rather chaotic, and it’s hard to concentrate when there’s so much going on. (And the dog is now out there barking). But we shall persevere. This does help make the point, however, that it really doesn’t matter what is going on in your life. You can always connect to spirit, for you ARE spirit. It’s your natural connection to all of us. You actually have stepped down your capacities in order to live this life in physical reality, so connecting with spirit is simply a matter of ignoring what is in the physical and retuning your consciousness, your attention, to what is actually more natural for you — your connection to the spirit world.

It’s actually rather limiting to refer to it as the spirit world, for it’s not a single world. It is the collection of ALL things, ALL of creation. And I know it’s difficult to wrap your head around that, but that doesn’t make it any less true.

And, yes, you have talked recently about the images that are coming from the James Webb Space Telescope. Pretty phenomenal, is it not? Just one image from that telescope shows you the magnitude of what a universe is — the sheer number of galaxies, the number of stars within each one, the number of planets revolving around each of those stars! The scale IS mind-boggling, and yet at the same time, it’s very simple.

There are so many because there are so many of you wishing to create a piece of the universe, as a co-Creator of the universe. All are simply manifestations of the experiences you wish to have in a physical form. Also consider the reality that what this telescope is showing you are the reaches of a single universe, a single reality. But there is a multiverse. There are more than one. Now the scale and the implications become truly mind-boggling!

So what is it that you need to do to transition to being a Nova Gaian? Not much more than you’re already doing … or that you’ve already realized you should do more of. Connect to spirit more often through the breathing exercises as you’ve decided you need to do. Breathe in the love. Feel the joy. Breathe it out to all others. As more and more of you do the same, the transition to a reality anchored in the 5th Dimension will accelerate tremendously.

All you can do, however, is your part. Beam your light to all those around you in all circumstances. Pay attention to what causes you some amount of angst or fear or just uncomfortableness. Decide that is what you do NOT want and refocus the energy on what you DO want. In doing so, that desired eventuality will hasten to be.

It starts with each individual making a choice. You’ve already made the choice. Now it’s just a matter of implementing it and deciding how long you would like to take to get there. Yes, the timeline is based on the collective thoughts, desires. But all you can do is your part. Feel good about that. Be comfortable with that.

You, individually, and you, collectively, are doing magnificently. All is proceeding on the timeline as laid out by the Mother … and the Father. Our love and pride for you is unbounded and unending. Yes, you are our boots-on-the-ground, and we will never forget you and your service. We are supporting you always!

Again, carry on as you are. Folk are slow to awaken, but it will happen. It IS happening!

Archangel Uriel (Lemuria and the Coming Changes)

Conversation with Archangel Uriel, May 2022

Rob: I have a specific question about the nature of life on Lemuria. Was that, in fact, a civilization anchored in the fifth dimension, with the population far less anchored in physicality? What was it like living in a 5D, more spiritual, less physical, world?

AA Uriel: This is a difficult task! You are correct. You have lived all these things that you are asking about from all of your guides. So, all the knowledge is within you. You are one. But I will try to resurrect memories that you would not otherwise have recalled.

You’ve asked about Lemuria. It was a beautiful place. Life was serene, very simple. People did not want for much. The fall of Lemuria — we can call it a fall — was not all that dramatic. It was really a gradual transition to far more physical concerns. And at the time, Atlantis was rising. Fears started to creep in and gradually took over — the threat of invasion. There were some elements in Atlantis that were bent on creating Empire — Imperialistic.

And, yes, there were still extant on Lemuria animals that are now considered extinct. But the peoples of Lemuria lived in harmony so it wasn’t seen as a threat. Yes, there were dinosaurs — or what actually existed on the continent were the later forms that already transitioned to more mammal, but they were large beasts. And there were still some that could be a threat to physical humans. But, by and large, they lived in their world, humans lived in their own.

There were jungles; there were rolling hills of green. And, yes, the Lemurian people were seafarers, sailing on very large vessels, sailing vessels — canoe type. The movie, Moana, does a pretty good job of envisioning what they looked like. They were capable of carrying a dozen, two dozen, people safely and comfortably for long ocean voyages. Understand that people could travel all over the world without such vessels, etherically, but they chose the simple life. You understand the concept. You can travel on boats much faster than your sailboat, but you choose to sail. There is a thrill at being powered by the wind, by nature. They felt the same thrill.

Again, they lived far more in harmony with nature. They participated in daily spiritual practices, wearing crystals on necklaces, dangling above their High Heart.

And they had a great reverence for the sun, but that was because of the sun’s interaction with the crystals — to activate them, to create a field of energy that was greatly beneficial for their spiritual practices. You know full well that the ancients didn’t worship the sun, per se, but they recognized the sun was the life giving force — not just physical life, but spiritual as well. The sun does have consciousness, and they venerated that the sun’s service to life on Earth was as a giver of life, a sustainer of life.

So the life [i.e. the organized civilization] on Lemuria lasted 100,000 years. And while the people were far less physical than they are now, they chose to live within the physical world in harmony with nature.

It was a great learning experience for many, but as often happens on this planet, negative forces crept in. But now, with this Ascension to be anchored in fifth dimensional consciousness, you will return to that type of living. It may take quite a while yet for that reality to spread across the entire globe. But the promise of the future is that the way of life on Lemuria will eventually expand to the entire planet of Earth. What you think of as negative influences will not entirely disappear, but people will know how to deal with them constructively. There’s nothing wrong with the negative emotions. Allow them. Release them. Don’t attached to them. This you know.

Rob: Thank you, Uriel. Do you have any advice for us in the coming changes, the revelations that are now coming out on a regular basis … regarding our service to humanity?

AA Uriel: Yes, you’re doing wonderfully. In recent months you have achieved great clarity on how you must behave as the revelations come out. We are thrilled that we have chosen wisely in having you participate in form during this transition. You understand that the negative revelations … sorry, that the revelations of negative history and activity that has happened on this planet for eons … [are] necessary to be revealed, and you are learning every day how to watch those events dispassionately.

You’re staying out of the emotional fray, and you understand much of the activity that you see is a play, put on by actors who have an agenda. Some is positive, some is not. But you are doing well to stay out of it and allowing the events to unfold as they will. Carry on with that approach. That will serve you well. It will serve humanity well.

But in the days to come when the most serious revelations come, and they start coming faster and faster, and the speed at which they arrive feels overwhelming, causing confusion about what you should do next because there’s so much to focus on, call on us. We will soothe your mind. We will give you the clarity of what’s most important to focus on.

We have supreme confidence in your abilities. You’ve already proven that. Carry on, knowing your entire team of guides are all here to support you. Know that and carry on each day with that firm belief. You’ll be fine.

Archangel Mikael (Truth)

Conversation with Archangel Mi-Ka-El (Michael), June 2022

Rob: In the New You jn the New Reality class, you mentioned and one of the students asked about your Blue Ray of Truth. Can you share more information about what the Blue Ray of Truth is and what it’s intended to do and to be?

AA Mikael: Good afternoon. Thank you for inviting me to talk. I greatly prefer to just have a conversation like this.

Yes, the Blue Ray of Truth. As you responded to the question — we all, that is all Archangels, have a particular ray as imbued to us by the Mother, for we serve the Mother. We each have our function. We are all close to the Mother, as the so-called Mighty Ones, but I feel particularly close in that my ray is blue, as is hers. Hers is a ray of hope and peace. The purpose of mine, however, is truth. This is also why I carry a shield and a sword. The purpose of the sword is to cut away that which is not true to reveal the truth underneath it all. Similarly, the Blue Shield is to block, as it were, untruths from creeping in to your consciousness. They’re all tied together in this way.

Why am I focused on the truth? All rays, all Archangels, have a purpose that supports the same underlying truth. We are all emanations of the Creator, what you may call God. But the Godhead is more complicated than you think. But for someone living in 4D, the 5th Dimension reality, the nature of the Godhead should not matter. It is enough to think of God as the Creator, which is embodied as the Mother-Father-One within the multiverse. That is enough of truth to understand at the moment.

And, yes, truth expands. Actually, truth IS. As your understanding of the truth will expand as you rise up through the different dimensions and have a higher and higher perspective of what reality really is, my Blue Flame of Truth is a constant guide on the journey. Therefore, at all points and all dimensions and all realities, my Blue Flame of Truth remains constant. But your understanding of what it is, what it illuminates, expands as you ascend.

So in the days that come and the days of what you are referring to as the revelations, disclosures, of what has been happening on the planet for millennia, I encourage you to rely on my Blue Flame the Truth to help you discern the true nature of what is unfolding, not with judgment, not from the perspective of telling others “I told you so,” or for feeling greater than others, but simply so you have a better perspective to comfort others through their time of confusion.

In the grand scheme, the time of disclosure and the chaos that ensues, the confusion that happens in the minds and the hearts of so many, will be very short lived. The plan for disclosure has been masterfully created, fully sanctioned by the Mother, in order to minimize the chaos. It’s impossible to eliminate all chaos. There will be an initial reaction [to a revealed truth], but as each truth comes out, the reaction time will be smaller and smaller, as people get used to the idea that what they’ve been told for so long is simply not true.

Your job is to help them understand what do they do next. And as you know, the answer is simple. Go within. Find your own truth. Teach them about the Blue Flame of Truth. Encourage them to feel my energy, to connect to it with their heart and with their minds, but mostly with their heart, and encourage them to FEEL for what IS truth. They will simply know. This is their connection to the Mother-Father-One.

It won’t be long now. I know you’re impatient. You are prepared. 

Rob: I’ve enjoyed our time together, so thank you, Mikael. Thank you for the strength that you offer me. I know you are behind me.

AA Mikael: It’s my pleasure. You (lightworkers) are our “boots on the ground,” and we are thrilled at the job you are doing. As was said before, we have chosen well, and we are so pleased.

Lao Tzu, Confucius, and Quan Yin (Humility, Purity, Compassion)

Conversation with Lao Tzu, author of Tao Te Ching, April 2022

Rob: Lao Tzu, I associate you with the virtue of humility. You are known for humility. I presume that you teach me about humility. How would you define it?

Lao Tzu: Humility is more of a state of being. It’s not something you strive for. It’s something you are. It’s who you are. It’s a label we give, recognizing one aspect of yourself. Humility is the deep understanding that you are one with God, with all that is, but not thinking oneself as special because of it. You ARE special, but so is everyone else. You are no different than anyone else. We’re all on the same journey together. Humility says I know who I am, and I know who you are, and we are one. We are no different.

With that knowledge comes a way of behaving. If you are no better or no worse than anyone else, do you behave differently? Of course you do. You all have something to learn from each other. By the same token, you’re all teachers for each other. Don’t worry about whether you are special or not, whether you are different, better than, less than. Just accept all as it is. It’s the way it should be, and it’s perfect.

Rob: Thank you, that’s a very clear definition.

Conversation with Confucius, paragon of Chinese philosophy, May 2022

Rob: Confucius, thank you for joining me. I associate with you the mission of helping terrestrial governments learn to govern with integrity. Is that what I am to take from you as my guide?

Confucius: Yes, that is one aspect of what I am here to teach, to share. But it’s also about purity — purity of thought, purity of intentions of you personally — and in that maintaining that within your person spills over into how you conduct yourself in the business of government.

Government cannot be pure unless the administrators who are running those processes of governance are also pure. It all begins and ends with the individual. You can only take care of yourself and in so doing the rest will take care of itself.

Rob: Thank you, Confucius. That makes a lot of sense. Is there anything else you would like to share?

Confucius: Don’t think of me, Rob, as some distant guide that you know little about. You can look up my sayings. They’re pretty common. Not all of them are correct, but much of it is … most of it is. So don’t think of me as that long lost sage, that philosopher of government. I’m as close as your breath, as they say. We can talk anytime you’d like about any topic. Just ask. Invite me to come here, and we can talk.

I so appreciate that you’ve asked today. I know there was some amount of trepidation. Perhaps that’s too strong of a word. Some reluctance, perhaps, to talk to me because you don’t know, you’re not familiar with, my teachings at the time I was embodied. But none of that matters. That was a long time ago.

And yes, the lessons that I taught then are just as valid today. It’s not necessary to study them. They’re in you. You understand all that I taught. I came to teach a particular country at the time a better way, and I was rather successful. But the world has moved on beyond that kind of thinking that was prevalent at the day.

Conversation with Quan Yin, Goddess of Compassion, June 2022

Rob: Quan Yin, you are known as the Goddess of Compassion. I’ve read a bit of your story. That’s quite a legend! We’re in the midst of a time of challenges and turmoil. How does one maintain the sense of compassion for all others in times such as this?

Quan Yin:  It seems obvious to say, but just do it! It comes from a place of greater understanding of who you are and who all others are. If you recognize the divinity in others, all others, how can you not be filled with compassion? There’s no room for judgment. So the key is maintaining a focus on the bigger picture, on who you are, who they are, no matter what they’ve done, or what you think they’ve done. It’s not always clear that what you see is actually what has occurred. That’s also a truth to bear in mind.

Rob: I’m intrigued that you are often depicted as riding a dragon. What is the purpose of that?

Quan Yin: That’s just for fun! There’s no greater feeling than flying around on the back of a dragon! And you’ve imagined that you’ve joined me as we fly to the City of Light over the Chesapeake Bay. Is that not a wonderful feeling? Feeling the wind in your face and your hair.

Rob: I also read this morning that you’re the Goddess, the Patron Saint, as it were, of sailors. Interesting.

Quan Yin: Yes, Rob. Sailing is very much the same feeling as riding a dragon.

So in these days to come I encourage you — I implore you all! — hold the feeling of compassion for all that you see. More often than not, it’s not what you think. What is really going on is much bigger, much deeper than you think. You can’t hope to know what all of that is, so stop trying. Just hold the compassion in your heart for all that you see. You know full well that any revelations that come that seem like they are of a negative nature, it’s actually all positive. It has to come out. It will come out. Your job, all lightworkers jobs, is to hold the compassion, hold the sense of hope.

I know you’ve got this. We’re behind you, all of us. I look forward to our next ride on the dragon. Take care.

El Morya and Serapis Bey (Governance and the Temple of the Heart)

Conversation with El Morya, Ascended Master, May 2022

Rob: El Morya, I understand one of your primary focuses is on establishing a governance structure based on the will of God. That is, how to bring God into what I’ll call political governance. It makes sense that I am a public servant and why you would be one of my guides. Any words of wisdom for what is to come for me and my role as a public servant?

El Morya: Yes, your role and how it will unfold for you is coming. In fact, it’s already started. You are sharing your light, as has been expressed by others. Yours is not to be a public role. Well, you’re a public servant, so your role will be for the benefit of the public. But it will not be in large groups. Your role is to influence those within your immediate circle to focus on, to concentrate on, how to bring love to all situations. I understand Love is not something that is generally talked about in your work environment. But that doesn’t mean you can’t demonstrate what that actually means. In practice, you can demonstrate love without talking about love. Be the light! Show them the way.

The focus in all things you express at work should always come back to the benefit of the greatest number of people involved. Your thought is not about the benefit to one organization, but the benefit of the American people, that is a return to the Constitution, the values that underpin the Constitution. The founding fathers of America were infused with the love of God, whether expressed overtly or not. The Bill of Rights is a Bill of Love. It’s thinking of others before yourself. That applies not only to you as an individual, but also to all government organizations. Does its work benefit itself, or does it benefit the people for whom it serves? Remind everyone of this point. This is the expression of love.

You are a lighthouse. It’s the perfect metaphor for what you are doing and what you should be doing. It’s not an accident that that image, that that symbol, speaks to you. It’s who you are. And you’re seeing that symbol show up in so many places. It’s pretty common, really. There’s a reason for that.

Rob: Thank you, El Morya. I had to read again a bit of your background this morning because I don’t know that much about you. Well, I don’t overtly know. Is there anything else that you would like to tell me, perhaps that I can pass on to others?

El Morya: I am one of your guides to help you bridge the aspect of your life as a public servant to being a ray of hope in your spiritual journey. I am about finding your way to be God-centered in the governance structures.

Conversation with Serapis Bey, Ascended Master, May 2022

Rob: Serapis Bey, do you have any advice for me, with respect to how we should approach the turmoil today, based on the lessons that you learned from the time of transition from Atlantis to Egypt?

Serapis Bey: It’s a different time now. The circumstances are different. So while there are general lessons to learn, to heed, the circumstances are different. So there’s not a direct correlation.

In this day and age, you don’t need to preserve a tradition, a school, a temple, to go forward into the next reality after a destruction. There won’t be that kind of destruction. There isn’t such a temple as was then. Well, there are, but you aren’t involved in those, and it’s not necessary.

Today, the temple that will go forward into the next reality is within your own heart. So maintain the purity of your heart through the turmoil. You are the strongest of the strong. That’s why you are here. You will get through this relatively unscathed. There will be tense moments. It’s not possible to avoid ALL tense moments, but it doesn’t matter.

You are here to show others how to persevere. You have learned your lessons well in our temple. It’s part of you now. Live it. Be it. And show others the way. It’s why you are here. And you have our support at all times. When it becomes difficult, call on us. We support you always, whether you know it or not. But if it’s a comfort to you, call on us. Make it overt; be explicit about it.

Ishmael and Abraham (Staying Out of the Fray; Dealing with Turmoil)

Conversation with Ishmael, son of Abraham and Hagar, May 2022

Rob: Ishmael, I understand you are considered a foundational figure in the world of Islam. That part of the world [i.e. the Middle East] is in such turmoil these days. Any words of guidance?

Ishmael: Stay out of the fray. What is happening now has to happen. There are centuries, or even millennia, of negative feelings that all have to come out. There is no right or wrong. So much of it is misunderstandings, that has nothing to do with the truth.

What’s happening in that part of the world is a lesson for everyone. We all have similar turmoils, internal [to ourselves]. Let it out but don’t attach to it. Let go of the dogmas of old beliefs. Send your light and love to that region, just as you should send the light and love to Ukraine.

Rob: Ishmael, I read a little of the history as recorded in the Bible of the events of your life. Why such turmoil from the beginning? It was predicted. God told Abraham it would be that way.

Ishmael: I was serving a role. All that was part of the unfoldment of the grander plan. So, again, don’t attach any thoughts of what is right, what is wrong. Most living in the world have no idea what the larger plan is … or only [have] inklings of it. 

You don’t know what the roles are that everyone is fulfilling. There’s a purpose behind much of it. So don’t attach to one side or the other. Allow it all to happen. And send the light; send the love; be the lighthouse that you are.

Conversation with Abraham, father of Ishmael and Israel, May 2022

Rob: Good morning, Abraham, it’s with the utmost veneration and respect I ask you to talk with me today. Thank you for meeting with me. You are considered the father of the nation that ultimately became Israel, as you were promised to be fruitful and multiply. Such responsibility! How does one deal with that?

Abraham: Thank you for inviting me, Rob. Yes, it was a tremendous responsibility. But in that promise was such joy! It’s a promise of such fulfillment of mattering in the world, of having an impact in the world and knowing what your role would be. How did I deal with that? I had prayed on that asking for blessings for a very long time.

And yes, back then it was much more difficult than it is today. Not difficult. In some respects it was easier. Life was not as chaotic. We had far more what you consider downtime. But it required far more spiritual discipline to have these kind of conversations. And one deals with it with the realization that one is far, far more powerful than you give yourself credit. As a child of God, how could you NOT deal with that effectively? You have the full power of God and the company of Heaven behind you. How could you be anything but successful?

Rob: I can see that point, Abraham. So also in your life there was a bit of turmoil. I spoke to Ishmael. That situation must have been very chaotic and difficult for you, causing some amount of divided loyalties. How did you deal with that?

Abraham: Yes, Rob. That caused a lot of internal turmoil. I loved my wife. She suggested I have a child with Hagar. At first, I didn’t want to, but then it became a point of excitement [of] the possibilities. And when Ishmael was born, he was my son. Of course I loved him. I wanted the best for him. When Sara became pregnant, and we knew there was going to be another son, it caused much turmoil. It may sound as if Sarah was jealous, expressing emotions of a lower vibration. And perhaps there was some of that. But also there were constraints based on the customs at the time. A child born in wedlock always had precedent over a child born to a slave. It’s just the way it was. The turmoil in me was in my mind — there wasn’t much of a difference. They were both my sons. I loved them both. But customs dictated that Sarah’s son receive everything. That was hurtful. That was difficult to tell Ishmael, to make Ishmael feel less than. That was not my desire, not my intent. But that’s what happened. It caused me much difficulty, but, at the end of the day, it was all part of the plan.

They’ve caused the divided peoples in the Middle East. That was envisioned by the Mother. The intent was not to cause strife, but there was a bigger plan at play. We were playing our roles. Ishmael has told you that. But it’s all coming to fruition now. The reunification is happening as we speak. It may not appear that way on the outside, but it is happening.

Rob: I understand, Abraham. So to the point of why are you one of my guides. I am honored that it is so, but I’m curious. What are the attributes that you have to teach me?

Abraham: It is the sense of leadership and responsibility, but also the sense of knowing that you have a much grander purpose. But you are strong enough, smart enough, wise enough, to fulfill that plan.

You have learned to be a leader. And most importantly, you’ve learned what it means to be a leader. It isn’t about power. It’s about behaving in a way that others are drawn to you and want to follow you. Yes, there is some sense of followership based on the position that you hold. But that’s only the starting point. They don’t continue to follow you unless they deem you worthy. 

Yes, there is judgment in that. Actually, it’s less judgment and more discernment. Everybody who is following you is constantly watching you for any flaws you might exhibit — makes them question why they should be following you. Stay pure in your heart, and you’ll be fine.

You have learned what it means to be a lighthouse. It’s the perfect metaphor. Others have said this as well.

K’Lar and Sanat Kumara (Staying Grounded; Being Universal Logos)

Conversation with K’Lar, one of my guides, a full-bearded Viking, April 2022

Rob: This is Rob, and I’m inviting my guide K’Lar to come be with me to share his thoughts on this time, what I should be doing, my focus.

K’Lar: Stay grounded. There is nothing wrong with being grounded. Spirit is connected to Gaia. Use that energy.

Rob: I’m so happy we can just hang out. Are the lack of messages because I don’t have a lot that I need?

K’Lar: Let the spirit carry you where it will. Stop trying to force anything. All is as it should be.

Rob: I feel like doing nothing might be boring.

K’Lar: We will be busy enough, soon enough! Don’t look that gift horse in the mouth. Take this time of rest. Hone your skills. Be better prepared. Get clear in your mind how you need to behave when the revelations come so that you don’t react negatively. You are here to show others the face of calm, the face of confidence, the face of knowing that all is as it should be.

Rob: Is there something in particular I should focus on in terms of change, that I should change about myself, my practice in the physical world that would help me?

K’Lar: It would be most useful … more useful … if you changed your diet. Stay away from the sweets. They aren’t going to kill you, but they do make it more difficult to overcome the energy to get into the state of calm, to enter into the Stillpoint, the place of communion with us. You can do it with or without. It’s just easier without. We’re here with you always. No matter.

Rob: Thank you, K’Lar. It’s a comfort to me to know you’re all there.

Conversation with Sanat Kumara, Universal Logos, June 2022

Rob: I have a question about what it means to be Planetary Logos, and now the Universal Logos.

Sanat Kumara: Welcome. As you have imagined, being a Planetary Logos is not unlike being a superintendent of a building, maintaining the functions of life within the building, making sure all the systems are working as they’re supposed to. And if any of the tenants have a problem, take care of it. Although, in the role of the Planetary Logos, given the size of a planet, it’s not a single [person] job. There’s a whole team. So being the Planetary Logos is akin to being the supervisor of a very vast maintenance staff.

Rob: So along those same lines, I’ve been told there are Keepers of the Council Fire of Gaia. How does the Council Fire fit into that, into that same analogy?

Sanat Kumara: As you’ve already guessed, the Council Fire is not unlike the furnace, the central boiler, providing the heat, the warmth, for all the tenants. It’s the life force of Gaia. It’s her heart, the central place to pump that life-force to the rest of the planet and all inhabitants on it. It does require attending.

Rob: So I also have questions about the administration of governance, in your case, of a planet or the entire universe. How does that work in the higher dimensions?

Sanat Kumara: It’s not unlike at the physical level, just on a scale unimaginably larger. There are teams everywhere to administer one function or another, but it’s not so much hierarchical. Everybody knows their function. Everybody is of one heart, one mind, all working in service of Mother-Father-One.

Your governance systems on Earth will eventually get to the same place. And, as you’ve heard, there will be changes coming very soon. [You’re] starting to head down that path. Be patient. Just allow it all to happen. It’s all happening according to the divine plan.

Malia and Malika (Beauty and Joy)

Conversation with Malia, one of my guides, a golden-haired angel, with whom I associate the Virtue of Beauty, April 2022

Rob: I would like to have a conversation about beauty … the nature of beauty.

Malia: It’s easy. You know it when you see it. [You] should be looking for it everywhere … because it is everywhere. In the smallest thing, there’s tremendous beauty … in all of creation, if we just look for it. 

It’s really not so much looking for it. It’s just seeing it. Think of the miracle of a single flower, even if it’s attached to what we think of as a weed. Think of the insects flying around those flowers, being nurtured by them. 

It could be anything you love. Being on a boat on the water. Feel the wind. It is beautiful!

Don’t worry about missing this as the world transitions through Ascension. All this will still be here, but it’ll become far more vibrant.

Rob: Is there anything else you’d wish to share, Malia?

Malia: Take more time during the day to notice these things. You get too busy. Your mind is racing all the time about one thing or another. Take time out to “smell the roses.” They’re all around you.

Conversation with Malika, one of my guides, a dark-haired dancer, May 2022

Rob: I ask for Malika to step forward. She’s just fun to be around. Kind of mischievous. I have challenges sometimes feeling the joy. How do I get better at that?

Malika: You worry about it too much. Just DO it! Not feeling joy is an expression of fear, mostly about what other people think, what they think of YOU. Who cares?! 

You look at me as a dancer, and I am, but you think, “I can’t do that.” Sure you can. Who cares what others think? 

Feel the joy in your heart. Let it out. It’s as simple as that. You had talked previously with Malia about seeing beauty in all things. Beauty and joy are very tightly coupled. How can you see beauty and not feel the joy in what you’re looking at. When you were sailing The other night, you took time out to look at the sunset. It was glorious! THAT is the feeling of joy! Do more of that.
